The CSDT Police Department of Dak Glei District, Kon Tum Province, said that the criminal detention of the subject A Thac (SN 1999, resident of Xa Tru village, Muong Hoong commune) and continued to investigate the child rape case.
Earlier, the district police received a complaint from Ms. Y Thi (SN 1992, residing in the same locality) about her rape of this daughter named Y.X (SN 2012).
Accordingly, about 14:30, on May 18, 2017, A Lieng and Y Thai (the neighbor of Y Thi) saw A Thuc being rape of Y.X at the back of A Lieng's garden.After being discovered, he stopped and ran home.Shortly thereafter, the neighbors recounted the incident to the Y Thi family and filed a complaint to the police.
The case is in the process of investigating and clarifying.
