About a decade ago, I started to join the local gym.I usually practice about 45 minutes at a time, 4 times/ week, day.

I usually spend 15 minutes of booting by walking on the machine, then going to excellent resistance machines for arms, legs and abdomen.I especially love the bearing movements on my arms as if raising the bar.

As the oldest in the gym, I like to have young people who accompany and inspire when practicing

In terms of diet, my wife, Lydia - 83 years old is a scientific and wonderful chef.We eat in the Mediterranean style, using a lot of olive oil at meals.
