Movement 1 - Perform 20: Leave the legs to spread double the shoulders.Then tilt the left hand to touch the right foot and vice versa.

Step 2 - Do 20 times: Let the two legs spread the distance of the shoulders twice, when the squat down, the knee forms the corner.Note the back is always straight.

Step 3 - Doing 30 times: crossing cross legs.
