According to Dr. Hach, the liver fluke develops in the outside of the environment.When people/animals are contaminated with liver tapeworms, they will continue to grow and develop into larvae.The larvae will cling to aquatic vegetables (coriander, vegetables needed ...).If people eat vegetables containing uncleared tapeworm larvae, they will be at risk of infection, causing liver damage.In some cases, parasitic flukes can cause spleen and muscle damage.
