Movement 1
You should start and stretch the muscle before any exercise.Just stand upright with the arm placed on your hips then take a deep breath.Note should practice on the yoga carpet to avoid injury.
Movement 2
Still putting your hands on your hips to keep your balance, then separate your legs wider than your shoulders.Remember, each foot should look out a bit.
Movement 3
Put your hand on your knees and lower your body, keep your back straight.Now you will feel your thigh muscles are stretched.Remember to perform the movement slowly and accurately, ensuring that you feel the tension in the thigh muscles as well as the lower abdominal muscles.
Movement 4
Slightly leaning forward, turning the right shoulder to the left and facing inward.In this position, the shoulder will look perpendicular to the floor.You will feel the muscles of the thighs, waist and back.Hold this position for 3 seconds and return to the previous position (posture 3).
Movement 5
When in this position, you should take a deep breath before performing the rest of the movement.
Movement 6
Repeat movement 4 in the opposite direction, turn your left shoulder to the right and inside, your right shoulder towards the ceiling.
